This is the 1981 NFBA Building of the Year Award Winner! This is an eight-stall stable with a detached guest house near Richmond, VA. Both have stone and cedar siding with a slate roof. The equipment building is to the left and the detached guest house is to the right.

This ten-stall stable with a loft over the center aisle is located near Gordonsville, VA. It was constructed with a corrugated metal roof, board and batten siding and a shed row on one side. A beautifully crafted and spacious equine accommodation.
